IMAD Travel CRM — Acceptable Use & Data Confidentiality Policy

1. Purpose

This CRM portal (crm.imadtravel.com) is a private system for authorised IMAD Travel staff only. It stores confidential business and customer information. By logging in, you agree to the terms below.

2. Authorised access

  • Access is granted to named individuals only. Do not share your username or password with anyone, inside or outside the company.
  • Do not create, share, or use login accounts that were not issued to you.
  • Log out when you finish, especially on shared or public computers.
  • Report any suspected unauthorised access to management immediately.

3. Handling customer data

The CRM contains personal and sensitive customer information (names, contact details, passport and travel documents, payment information). You must:

  • Access customer data only when needed to do your job.
  • Never copy, download, screenshot, or forward customer data to personal devices, personal email, WhatsApp, or any third party without authorisation.
  • Never use customer data for personal purposes or share it with outside agents.
  • Keep customer information accurate and up to date.

4. Confidentiality

All information in this CRM — customer records, pricing, supplier details, leads, and internal notes — is the confidential property of IMAD Travel Pvt Ltd. Your duty of confidentiality continues even after you leave the company.

5. Security responsibilities

  • Use a strong, unique password. Change it if you suspect it has been compromised.
  • Do not install browser extensions or tools that capture data from this portal.
  • Do not attempt to access areas or records beyond your assigned permissions.

6. Monitoring

Activity in this CRM may be logged and reviewed for security and quality purposes.

7. Consequences

Misuse of this system or customer data may result in disciplinary action, termination, and legal action under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
